The love poems take up a relatively large scale in the history of new poetry. Among them, the images of fire and moth are in the center of the love poems for a long time. These two images have been far beyond the practical level of literature and achieved the transcendental meaning accompanied by the singing and pouring out of love during the course of the relatively stable spread and use, with the aid of the definition and interpretation of fire in philosophy. Love itself is sublimated by the external material (fire) and ignition point of life (moth). The complexity of poetry is purified with the simplification of imagery, which is the unique contribution the love poem made to new poetry and the silent witness living things given to the poetry.%新诗史上的爱情诗占据较为庞大的数量。其中,火与蛾意象长期以来处于爱情诗的中心位置。在较为固定的流传与使用过程中,借助哲学对火的定义与诠释,这一意象已远远超越文学的现实层面,伴随着爱的诉咏,达到超验的意义。爱情本身被外在物质(火)与生命的燃点(蛾)升华;情愫的复杂性随意象的单纯性净化,这是爱情诗为新诗所做的独特贡献,也是自然万物给予诗歌的静默观照。
