Obj ective To discuss the characteristics of ultrasound elasticity image of cervical lesions.Methods A total of 137 patients with normal cervix(24),chronic cervicitis(34),cervical intraepithelial neplasia(CIN)(31)and cervical cancer(48)received regular transvaginal ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging examinations.After obtaining the stable images of cervical elasticity,we scored these images.The images can be classified as grade 1-5 . Results The group of normal cervical elastic scored 87.5%(21/24)and ranked as grade 1;the group of chronic cervicitis elastic scored 82.3%(28/34)and ranked as grade 2-3;the group of CIN elastic scored 83.9%(26/21)and ranked as grade 2-3;the group of cervical cancer elastic scored 85.4%(41/48)and ranked as grade 4 to 5.The difference of scores between the group of patients with normal cervix and the the groups of patients with different pathological types has statistical significance.The pairwise comparision were conducted between scores of these four groups.All the differences have statistical significance with the exception of the difference between the group of chronic cervicitis and group CIN.Conclusion Different cervical lesions elasticity imaging has their own characteris-tics,thus have certain clinical value to the diagnosis of cervical lesions.%目的探讨宫颈病变的超声弹性图像特征。方法对正常宫颈（正常宫颈组，24例）、慢性宫颈炎（慢性宫颈炎组，34例）、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN组，31例）、宫颈癌（宫颈癌组，48例）共137例患者进行经阴道常规超声及超声弹性成像检查，获得稳定的宫颈弹性图像后，将图像分为1～5级，对图像进行弹性评分。结果正常宫颈组弹性评分87．5％（21/24）为1级，慢性宫颈炎弹性评分82．3％（28/34）为2～3级，CIN弹性评分83．9％（26/31）为2～3级，宫颈癌弹性评分85．4％（41/48）为4～5级，4组病例弹性评分两两比较，除慢性宫颈炎与 CIN的弹性评分，其余各组弹性评分比较差异均有统计学意义。结论不同宫颈病变的弹性成像图像具有特征性表现，对宫颈病变的诊断具有一定的临床价值。
