肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠与心理弹性相关性研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨新疆某肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠与心理弹性的关系,为肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠干预提供建议。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对某肿瘤专科医院365名护士应用一般情况调查表、职业倦怠量表、心理弹性量表进行问卷调查,比较不同人口社会学特征护士职业倦怠的差异,并与国内常模比较,分析肿瘤专科医院护士心理弹性情况及与职业倦怠发生的相关性。结果肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠检出率为68.22%,其中轻度倦怠30.4%,中度倦怠31.8%,重度倦怠6%。职业倦怠情感耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感3个维度的得分均高于国内常模(P <0.01),肿瘤专科医院护士不同年龄、护龄、职称、每月夜班数、科室在护士职业倦怠不同维度上差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。心理弹性总得分为(61.95±14.72)分,低于国内常模(P <0.01);情感耗竭与坚韧、自强均呈低度负相关(P <0.01),去人格化与坚韧、自强呈低度负相关(P <0.05~0.01),个人成就感与坚韧、自强,乐观均呈中度正相关(P 均<0.01)。结论肿瘤专科医院护士职业倦怠程度严重,心理弹性水平低于国内常模,心理弹性对护士职业倦怠有影响。%Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout and resilience of nurses in a tumor special hospital in Xinjiang,and to provide suggestions for the job burnout of nurses in the hospital.Meth-ods 3 6 5 nurses of the tumor hospital were randomly sampling to conduct general condition questionnaire, occupation burnout scale and Resilience Scale questionnaire to compare the demographic characteristics of the nurse occupation burnout difference,and compared with domestic norm to analyze the psychological e-lasticity of the tumor hospital nurses and observe the correlation between occurrence and occupation burn-out.Results The burnout detection rate of the tumor hospital nurse job was 68.22%,among which 30.4%was tired,31.8% was moderate burnout,6% was severe,and the three factors of job burnout that are e-motional exhaustion,personification and personal accomplishment were higher than that in the national norm (P <0.01).There were differences for the tumor hospital nurse in age,working years,job title, number of night shift,departments among the different factors of the nurses′job burnout (P<0.01).The total score of psychological resilience (61.95±14.72)was lower than that in the national norm (P<0.01);emotional exhaustion and perseverance,self-improvement had low negative correlation (P <0.01),deper-sonalization and tenacity had low negative correlation (P <0.05-0.01),and strong sense of personal a-chievement and perseverance,self-improvement,optimistic showed moderate positive related (P <0.01). Conclusion The nurse job burnout level of the tumor hospital is serious,the psychological resilienc level is lower than that in the national norm,and psychological resilienc impacts on nurses job burnout.
