To establish the HPCE fingerprint spectrum of bramble wine in Kashgar,capillary zone elec-trophoresis (CZE) was used to determine the fingerprints,the best condition was achieved:a fused -silica capillary tube was 50 cmX75 fim,running buffer solution was 50 mmol/L borax containing 10% carbinol-, a constant voltage was 17 kV under room temperature,and the detection wavelength was 260 nm, Under the above conditions,the fingerprints of 10 batches of bramble wine were established. The results showed that there were 9 fingerprint peaks in total of 10 production batches,and the 9 components in bramble wine were successfully separated,moreover, the result of similarity evaluation was very good; therefore, HPCE can be used as the identification method for bramble wine in Kashgar.%采用毛细管区带电泳法建立喀什树莓酒的HPCE指纹图谱,电泳条件为:石英毛细管柱(50 cm×75 μm),运行电压17 kV,运行缓冲液为50 mmol/L硼砂,其中含10%甲醇,检测波长260 nm,室湿.在此条件下,建立了10批树莓酒的指纹图谱.结果表明,10个批次的样品之间有9个共有指纹峰,这9个成分得到了较好的分离,相似度评价结果良好;因此,HPCE指纹图谱分析法可作为喀什树莓酒的质量控制方法.
