基于积极心理学的五年制高职班级管理研究

             

摘要

The paper analyzes the staff management ofHai Di Lao Hot Pot, and discovers its core components of success from a positive psychological perspective. Meanwhile, it tries to apply this theoretical system of positive psychology to the class management of five-year higher vocational education, in hopes of changing current psychological statement of five-year students which are rather negative at the beginning of their enrollment year. By the appropriate use of positive psychology, it aims to create a positive environment to help cultivate students' personality and fulfill their emotional experience, all of which will help class teacher manages the classroom more scientifically, and fully reflect that positive is a kind of love, a piece of experience, fmally it will make students grow up happily and actively.%通过对海底捞的员工管理进行分析,从积极心理学的视角挖掘海底捞员工管理模式成功的核心要素,并尝试将积极心理学的理论体系运用到五年制高职班级管理中。针对五年制高职学生入学时总体较为消极的心理状况实际,力求营造积极的环境,培养积极的人格,给予积极的情感体验,有助于班主任更科学地管理班级,充分体现积极是一种爱,是一种过程的体验,让学生能够积极、幸福的成长。
