磁流变阻尼器在工程车辆悬架系统中的应用

         

摘要

为了改善工程车辆的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性,针对工程车辆被动式悬架系统存在阻尼固定、变化范围小的缺点,采川磁流变阻尼器,设计了其模糊控制器,建立工程车辆悬架系统的半主动控制模型,并用自噪声信号模拟路面情况进行仿真分析.结果表明:采川模糊控制的磁流变阻尼器的半主动悬架与被动悬架相比,可以有效地降低振动的加速度峰值,减振效果明显.%In order to improve the vehicle ride comfortableness and driving stability, for engineering vehicles there is a shortcoming in the fixed damp and small damping range of the passive suspension system, In this paper, MR damper was used, the fuzzy controller was designed, and the vehicle semi-active suspension control system model was established.White noise signal was used to simulate road conditions, the result showed that the semi-active suspension used fuzzy controlled MR damper could effectively reduce the vibration acceleration peak and the effect of damping significantly , which was better than that of passive suspension.On this basis, the feasibility of fuzzy controlled MR damper used to reduce the vibration in vehicles was discussed.
