The aim of the research is to present a design and manufacture method of composite cover. Body surface data of a racing car, curing deformation of the composite cover and machining allowance are collected. These data are inputted into the RBF network to design the discrete points of the composite cover surface and mould surface. The results prove that this method can realize parallel design, data sharing and the method can shorten the period of development, reduce the costs and achieve high efficiency.%提出了一种复合材料覆盖件曲面设计的方法.利用径向基函数神经网络技术,根据赛车车身曲面造型数据,结合固化变形、加工余量,设计了复合材料覆盖件曲面及其模具曲面.计算结果表明,该方法可以实现产品数据和工艺数据共享和并行设计,缩短研制周期,降低设计制造成本,提高效率.
