煤矿深部巷道破坏规律及返修支护技术

     

摘要

Failure law of No. 2 crosscut was analyzed by theoretical analysis and in-situ test with borehole camera. The stability factors of No. 2 crosscut repair section was affected by high stress, soft rock, geological structure, etc. Failure laws of four feature sections were obtained that they were whole' rock area,upper-rock and nether-coal area, whole-coal area, upper-coal and nether-rock area. The combined repair schemes of pressure relief technology with reserved flexible cushion support were defined. Field studies showed that deformation was controlled in allowed scope and repair support technology was reasonable.%采用钻孔窥视测试和理论分析相结合的手段分析了魏家地煤矿二号石门的破坏规律,得到二号石门围岩稳定的主要因素包括高应力、软弱围岩、断层、埋深和采动的影响.给出了二号石门包含的全岩、上岩下煤、全煤及上煤下岩等4个特征段的破坏规律.提出了留设柔垫层让压联合返修支护技术.现场应用表明:返修后巷道的变形控制始终在允许范围内,返修支护技术是合理的.
