热处理工艺对Ti55531钛合金组织及性能的影响

     

摘要

为了进一步扩大Ti5551钛合金的应用与研究范围,采用β退火和固溶强化两种典型的热处理工艺,通过力学性能检测、显微组织分析和断口扫描分析,系统研究了不同热处理工艺对Ti5551钛合金棒材组织和性能的影响.实验结果表明:β退火态的组织满足强度和塑性匹配,断裂韧性KIC值可达97.6 MPa·m-1/2,冲击AK值可以达到35 J;固溶强化热处理后,强度达到1360MPa,塑性和断裂韧性相对较低.%In order to further expand the application of and deepen the study of Ti5551 titanium alloy the influences of varied heat treatment processes (|3 annealing and solution strengthening ) on the mechanical properties and the microstructure of Ti55531 titanium alloy of large forgings were investigated through detections of mechanical properties, microstructure analysis and fracture scanning analyses. The results show that Ti55531 forgings have the best matching of strength and plasticity after |3 annealing process with K]C value reaching 97. 6 Mpa ? M~1/2and AK value as high as 35J. Though the tensile strength of the forgings is as high as 1360 Mpa after solution strengthening process, the plasticity and fracture toughness are relatively reduced.
