针对目前光机调节系统的调节范围和稳定性难以兼得的缺陷,以及调节精度受限的实际情况,通过在同一丝杆上设计不同的螺距,并结合金属片本身的弹性形变实现高精密光学机械调整.实验证明:本系统可以很容易实现0.05 mm的螺距效果,调节精度提高4倍,调节范围提高1倍.%For the negative characteristics of current opto-mechanics adjusting system,including small adjustment range,poor stability and low precision,a different pitch design on the identical screw was proposed.With the stability and elastic deformation of metal itself,the high precise opto-mechanics adjusting system is achieved.The experimental results show that the 0.05 mm pitch is obtained by this system with that the adjustment precision is increased by four times,and the adjustment range is increased by one time.
