家庭与国家之间--黑格尔市民社会理论探析

摘要

The scholars mostly began the study of Hegel 's civil society theory by comparing with the states.They didn't bring the family into the research scope,so that they would not reveal how civil society e-merged,and nor would they fully understand Hegel's civil society theory.According to Hegel's analysis path in"Elements of the Philosophy of Right",this article analyzed and investigated civil society by placing it between the family and the state,and tried to illustrate Hegel's civil society theory by revealing how civil society e-merged,realized and what's its fate.%对于黑格尔市民社会理论的研究，学者们多通过与国家之间的比较来展开，未将家庭纳入研究的视野，如此不仅难以揭示市民社会如何得以萌生，更无法全面理解黑格尔的市民社会理论。依据黑格尔在《法哲学原理》中的分析路径，将市民社会置于家庭与国家之间予以分析考察，试图通过揭示市民社会之萌生、实现与归宿，全面分析黑格尔的市民社会理论。
