摘要：基于技术接受模型（TAM），从最终用户的角度对农村居民信息服务的接受行为进行实证研究。验证了感知的信息质量、感知的有用性、感知的易用性、感知的服务成本和感知的使用能力等五个方面的因素在农村信息服务行为中的作用，其中，感知的有用性对信息的使用态度和行为意向的影响最显著，感知的信息成本在目前并不直接影响农民的使用行为。%Based on technology acceptance model （TAM）, an empirical study concerning the accepting behaviors of rural residents for information service is conducted from the angle of ultimate customers. Then effects of five factors in the behaviors of rural information service are tested, which include the information quality, usefulness, easiness, serving cost and usability of perception. Among them, the usefulness of perception has a remarkable influence on the using attitudes and behavior intentions, while the information cost of perception has no direct influence on the using behaviors of residents at present.

摘要：水旱灾害是一种因气候异常而导致的灾害现象。清代甘肃陇东地区气候较为异常，水旱灾害频发，灾情之严重堪称历代之最，曾造成人员财产的巨大损失。究其原因，既与当时气候变化、地理条件本身不利的影响有关，又应归咎于人类对自然资源的不合理开发甚至对自然环境的破坏。为此，在引用大量史料记载和前人研究成果的基础上，介绍了清代陇东地区水旱灾害频发的状况，并从自然因素、人为因素、社会政治因素及生态因素等方面深入分析了清代陇东地区水旱灾害的成因，以期对陇东地区水旱灾害的研究有所帮助。%Flood and draught are one kind of disaster phenomenon caused by climate anomalies. In Qing dynasty, the climate in the eastern area of Gansu was abnormal, so floods and disasters happened frequently. The disaster was so serious that it was called the greatest disaster in history, and resulted in a huge loss of persons and possesions. It is found out these disasters are not only caused by the influence of then climate thanges and even the poor geological conditions, but also by the unreasonable development of human for natural resources and the destroy of human for natural environment. Therefore, based on a large amount of historical records and former research results, the paper introduces the general state of floods and draughts in eastern area of Gansu in Qing Dynasty, and analyzes the causes of these disasters from the aspects of natural factors, human factors and social and political factors, and ecological factors. It is hopeful to offer some help to the preveution of flood and draughts in eastern area of Gansu.

It can be seen from these materials, running the business in partnership was widely accepted among little businessmen, most with partnership agreement. And some characteristics are embodied in the aspects of operating business, clearing account, undertaking liability for debts and withdrawing from the partnership. Dispute and lawsuit were often aroused in partnership because of the account management, clearing settlement, conduction of partnership affairs, and separation and drawback from partnership. 摘要：In the paper,the cost of oil-gas production is regarded as the grey system,and then correlation analysis principles in the grey correlation analysis are applied to determining the major and minor influencing factors of oil-gas production cost.The results indicate that the adoption of grey correlation analysis can make quantity analysis for the influencing factors of oil-gas production cost and clearly explain that the emphasis of cost control is on the appreciatian expense,other expenses and power expense.Based on this conclusion,some suggestions to control the oil-gas production cost effectively are put forward at the end of the paper.%将油气开采成本看成灰色系统,应用灰色理论中的关联分析原理,确定油气开采成本的各种影响因素。结果表明,采用灰色关联分析方法可以对油气开采成本的影响因素进行量化分析,明确了折旧费用、其他支出及动力费是成本控制的重点,由此提出了有效控制油气开采成本的几点建议。
