比较了低温染色和常规染色的浅、中、深色山羊绒纤维的染色牢度,利用电子单纤维强力仪测试其强伸性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜比较染色前后纤维的表面形态.实验结果表明,山羊绒纤维经过低温染色工艺,单纤维平均断裂强力与断裂伸长率明显提高,浅色和中色染色色牢度与常规染色工艺的色牢度接近,但在染深色时色牢度有所下降,低温染色工艺中纤维鳞片表面的损伤比常规染色纤维小,表明低温染色工艺可以减轻染色过程中对山羊绒纤维的损伤,尤其是深色染色更为明显,从而提高山羊绒后续产品的服用性能.%The tensile properties of dyed cashmere under low-temperature and high-temperature were tested using single fiber tensile tester. The surface morphology of cashmere and dyed cashmere is observed by the scanning e-lectron microscope (SEM). It is showed that the damage on the scale of cashmere is less under low temperature dyeing compared with high-temperature dyeing, and the tensile strength of deyed cashmere fiber is high for low-temperature dyeing. Light-color and medium-color cashmere fiber dyed by Pula under low-temperature dyeing has a good color fastness.
