以弱酸性艳蓝A染料废水为目标降解物,采用单因素法,研究纳米TiO2光催化净化酸性染料废水的可行性及影响因素.结果表明,纳米TiO2投加量、光照时间、染液初始浓度、染液初始pH等因素对光催化净化效果均有一定影响.实验得出最佳净化方案为纳米TiO2投咖量0.1g,染液废水初始浓度40.1mg·L-1,初始pH值=2,紫外光连续照射24h,脱色率可达98.4%,COD去除率可达89.1%.纳米TiO2在紫外光照射下,对酸性染料废水有良好的净化效果.%Based on the application of nano-TiO2 powder in dyeing wastewater purification, the nano-TiO2 photocatalytic purification to weak acid brilliant blue A dyeing wastewater was investigated.In the initial test, the feasibility and implications were analyzed by single factor method.The influence of dosage of nano-TiO2, initial concentration,initial pH value, and the time of the irradiation on the photocatalysis purification effect is analysed.The optimum purification scheme is determined:under the UV consecutive irradiation for 24 h, the dosage of nanoTiO2 0.1g,initial concentration of dyeing wastewater 40.1 mg· L-1 ,initial pH value 2,the degradation rate reaches 98.4% ,COD removal rate reaches 89.1%.
