基于Pro/Toolkit的逆变器箱体参数化设计

     

摘要

针对某企业中逆变器箱体的模型结构复杂开发周期长、装配体关联设计开发困难等问题,提出了一种零件—组件关联的参数化设计方法.研究箱体零件的特征参数提取,信息交换机制以及参数化过程,在零件参数化的基础上,借助装配信息对产品的设计参数和几何模型进行模块化规划与管理.利用Pro/Toolkit API、MFC可视化对话框并结合数据库技术实现3D零件及装配模型参数化功能,使模型重生和修改的速度得到提高,为产品的系列化设计、相似设计以及专用系统开发提供参考.%An inverter box is prone to complex structure model,longer development cycle,and difficult conjunction design of assembly when it is designed in and enterprise.Thus,a parametric design method of part-components relation is proposed.The feature parameter extraction,information exchange mechanism and parametric process of box are studied.The design parameters and geometric models are planned and managed with the help of assembly relationship based on parametric design of parts. The parameterization function of 3D part and assembly models are realized by using Pro/Toolkit API, MFC visual dialog and database technology.It greatly improves the speed of the generation and the modification of the model.It can be used as reference for the series design,similar design and the de-velopment of design of special system.
