中国共产党在十八届四中全会上对国家法治建设的方向性问题作出了明确表态，必须坚持走中国特色社会主义法治道路。当代中国的法治道路是以中国基本国情为考量前提，解决国家在发展建设中所遇社会问题的法律治理途径和模式，是建设社会主义法治国家的唯一正确道路，这是由中国的历史、文化、经济、人民诉求及对外开放等因素决定的。我们要以通过培育社会主义法治信仰、传承优秀传统法律文化与重构中华法系等为指导，构建“立法科学化、执法严格化、司法公正化、守法全民化”四化一体新模式，为实现全面推进依法治国的目标。%The communist party of China took a firm stand on the directional issue of our country′s legal construction in the fourth plenary session of the 18th of CPC,which the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristic is to be taken insistently.The path of socialist rule of law in contemporary China is the pathway and model of legal governance to resolving social issues that China encounters in the development and construction in accordance with China′s basic na-tional conditions,and is the unique right path to the construction of socialist country under the rule of law because it is decided by the following factors:history,culture,economy,people′s demands and the opening to the outside world in China.Therefore,to realize the goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,we should structure the new pattern of four dimensionalities of "hua"and an organic whole for "legislation′s scientification,law enforcement′s severization,ju-dicature′s fairness and law -abiding′s popularization"by cultivating people the socialist rule of law belief,inheriting the excellent traditional legal culture and reconstructing the Chinese legal system as a guide.
