纳西族民俗信仰中的传统体育文化及其功能诠释

摘要

纳西族许多传统体育活动都植根于其民俗信仰的文化土壤。通过对其民俗信仰的研究，进一步探讨了纳西族原始崇拜、原始巫、觋信仰以及东巴教中的传统体育活动，分析了传统体育在纳西族民俗信仰中的功能。这对于我们进一步认识传统体育的产生、发展规律及保护与传承纳西族传统体育有着积极的理论价值和实践意义。%Many of the traditional physical activities of the Naxi peopleare rooted in the cultural soil of the Naxi people's folk religion. Based on the research into the Naxi people’ s folk religion, the paper further explores the primitive worship, witchery, wizard religion of the Naxi people and the traditional physical activities of the Dongba sects. Besides, it elaborates the functions of traditional physical activities in the folk religion of the Naxi People. This study will be of theoretical value and practical significance to the un-derstanding the origin and developing laws of traditional physical activities as well as the preservation and heritage of the traditional physical activities of the Naxi people.
