新建本科院校转型发展，内在关联学校自身存亡，外在关联地方经济社会发展，需要从战略上进行定位，从全局上进行思考。这种转型不是在原有的基础上修修补补，而是包含了办学理念、学科设置、教学改革以及行政管理服务等多方面的整体性转变。因此，需要进一步深化对转型发展的认识，积极培育具有优势的办学特色，主动承担起服务地方的使命，努力建设一支适应技术应用型大学需要的“双师型”师资队伍。%Transformation development of newly-founded undergraduate university has inner relation with the survival of the university self and external association with local development of economic society.To position based on the strategies and to consider about the overall situation is needed. This kind of transformation is not the mending on the original base but the multiaspect overall shift including the guidelines for university management, subject setting, educational reform and public administration service etc. So,further deepening the understanding of transformation development, cultivating a ascendant characteristics of university management, taking responsibility to serve the local place, trying best to construct a double capability teaching team which is adjusted to technology applied university is need-ed.
