论我国行政公益诉讼制度的完善——以福建漳州PX项目爆炸事件为例

The conditions of the establishment of the administrative public interest litigation system are becoming more mature, estab-lishing of the administrative public interest litigation system becomes a hot topic in the field of environmental law and administrative law. On the one hand, it has the characteristics and functions which are different from general administrative litigation, On the other hand, the establishment and development of the administrative public interest are directly related to the judicial maintenance of public interest. This paper takes the popular event Zhangzhou,Fujian PX project explosion accident lead to the administrative public interest litigation system. The meaning and significance of administrative public interest litigation are introduced. And introducing some problems in the establish-ment of the administrative public interest litigation system.
