在经济全球化背景下,中小企业面临的生存环境越来越严峻,而企业内部的人力资源管理工作更是成为制约中小企业持续发展的瓶颈. 因此,中小企业通过将非核心能力的某些人力资源管理工作外包,不仅能够规避自身的短板,而且聚焦企业核心能力,为企业取得长足的发展奠定基础. 文章通过对当前我国中小企业人力资源管理外包的现状进行分析,阐述其为企业带来的切实效益,并针对当前中小企业在人力资源管理外包过程中存在的诸多问题,提出相应的对策和措施.%Under the background of economic globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises face more and more severe living en-vironment, and enterprise human resource management is becoming a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of SMEs.
