高职课堂有效教学模式构建与效果评价体系研究——以财经类课程为例

         

摘要

有效教学的核心要素是学习的"效度".高职财经类课程有效教学模式的构建应从分析高职学生学情和财经类课程特点入手,从教学主体分析、教学目标确定、教学内容优化、教学组织与实施、教学资源保障等五个方面进行设计.有效教学效果评价指标体系可以从教学目标达成度、教学内容适宜度、课堂教学互动度、教学资源保障度等四个方面进行构建.有效教学评价重在学习效果评价而非教学行为的评价,最终教学效果的检验应以教师为出发点,以学生为落脚点.%The key element of effective teaching is the validity of learning.The construction of effective teaching mode in finance and economics courses in higher vocational colleges should start with the analysis of students' learning conditions and the implementation of effective teaching mode can be designed from the five aspects of the analysis of teaching subjects, the determination of teaching objectives, the optimization of teaching contents, the organization and implementation of teaching, and the guarantee of teaching resources.Effective teaching evaluation index system can be constructed in the four aspects such as the achievement degree of teaching targets, the suitability degree of teaching content, the interaction degree in classroom teaching and the guarantee degree of teaching resources.Effective teaching evaluation focuses on the evaluation of learning effect rather than the teaching behavior.The examination on teaching effects should start from teachers and end with students.
