“文革”时期“尊法批儒”的文化现象分析

摘要

The direct cause of the Movement of “Respecting the Legalism and Criticizing the Confucianism”launched by Mao Zedong is to defend “the Great Cultural Revolution”, but the underlying cause of it lies in “law of the negation of negation” of human culture development. The experience and lesson of the movement is: On one hand, cultural construction in contemporary China must defend its modernization direction; on the other hand, it should combine perfectly both modernization and traditional culture.%　　毛泽东发动“尊法批儒”运动的直接原因在于利用法家厚今薄古的思想为“革命”进行辩护。“尊法批儒”运动的深层原因在于人类文化演进的否定之否定的规律。“尊法批儒”给我们的启示是：当代中国文化建设一方面必须捍卫其现代性指向，另一方面应当追求现代化与传统文化资源的完美契合。
