通过对北京市主干道、次干道的调查与分析,建立了北京市主、次干道基本路段速度-流量模型,并得到其基本路段通行能力推荐值.在此基础上将公交停靠站的影响因素予以考虑,对路缘车道的通行能力进行了修正.对北京城市主、次干道服务水平进行定量划分,确定服务水平定量划分1的标准.%This study investigated and analyzed major arterials and minor arterials in Beijing and then established the speed-flow model of the basic sections for the first time. The basic capacity values have been recommended. Considering the impact of bus stop on capacity, the curb lane capacity was amended. Finally, standards and level service for urban artery roads have been come up with. In this paper, the relevant research results will provide theory and data support for road planning and design in terms of capacity.
