基于SiPESC.OPT的船舷简化结构冲击优化设计

             

摘要

Base on the Optimization module of the Software Integration Platform for Engineering and Scientific Computation(SiPESC),designing optimization of simplified side structure under the single impact is implemented.The length to width ratio of the simplified structure of ship side is 3:1,attached with a T shaped stiffener.A,B and C,representing the design parameters,are the thickness of the plate and the T steel,respectively.The indenter is simplified as a rigid sphere.The objective function OBJ is a comprehensive target parameter,considering the center deflection of the plate and the specific energy absorption.Sequential quadratic programming(SQP)is used to solve the impact optimization and the most efficient combination of the design parameters is found.Using the JavaScript in SiPESC.OPT for programming,the optimization plugin(including the experimental design,the surrogate model,different optimization algorithms)and the external programs are called to realize the computing management.The external programs are used to read and write the external file.With the setting of fixed value of thickness B,the factorial experiment design is implemented and the response surface of the objective function in the three-dimensional spaces is obtained,with thick plate A and C as the design variables.Besides,the factorial experiment design is conducted,and the objective function in the two-dimensional space of the response surface is obtained.Finally,effective suggestions are proposed to the stiffened plate design.%基于科学计算集成化软件平台SiPESC的结构优化模块,开展了船舷简化结构遭受单次碰撞的冲击优化.船舷简化结构为长宽比为3:1、考虑单条T型加筋的矩形加筋板.撞击物则简化为刚性球.设计板厚A,B,C分别为板和T型筋的厚度,目标函数OBJ为考虑中心点变形和比吸能的综合目标参数.采用序列二次规划(SQP)算法求解冲击优化问题,得到结构表现出最佳效率时的设计参数大小.使用Javascript脚本在SiPESC.OPT中进行编程,调用其中的优化插件(包括试验设计、代理模型、不同优化算法等插件)并通过对外部程序的调用以及文件的读取、写入等操作以实现计算过程控制.并在板厚B固定的情况下,以板厚A和C为设计变量,开展析因试验设计,得到了目标函数在三维空间上的响应面,并获得了加筋板设计中的有效建议.
