钢渣残留含水率对其沥青混合料水稳定性影响研究

             

摘要

针对钢渣孔隙分布丰富、吸水率与常规石料相比较大的问题,通过设计试验测量钢渣在160 ℃下的残留含水率大小,分析残留含水率随时间的变化规律.并采用不同含水率的钢渣作为粗细集料成型钢渣沥青混合料试件.通过浸水马歇尔试验以及冻融劈裂试验评价其水稳定性,建立钢渣残留含水率与其混合料水稳定性的关系,结果表明,随着钢渣的残留含水率的增大,沥青混合料的水稳定性呈现降低的趋势.%Compared with the conventional stone material ,the steel slag has an abundant pore distribu-tion and a larger water absorption rate.The residual moisture content of steel slag at 160 degree tem-perature was measured by the design test ,and the rule of residual moisture content changing with time was analyzed.The steel slag with different moisture contents was used as the coarse and fine ag-gregate to form the test piece of steel slag asphalt mixture.Through the soaking Marshall test and the freeze-thaw splitting test ,the relationship between the residual water content of steel slag and the wa-ter stability of the mixture was established.The results show that the water stability of the asphalt mixture presents a decrease trend with the increase of residual moisture content of steel slag.
