重型牵引车动力传动系统优化匹配

     

摘要

同一辆汽车在不同工况下,其性能表现会有较大差异,因此在新车型开发过程中,需基于常见工况对其动力与传动系统进行优化匹配。通过建立拟开发重型牵引车的动力与传动系统仿真分析模型,采用遗传算法,以动力性、经济性和排放为适应度函数,利用联合仿真得到最佳变速器各挡速比和主减速器比,使整车性能有明显提升,试验验证了仿真分析的准确性与可靠性。%Power performance , economy and emission performance of the same car in different uses , road conditions and traf-fic environment will have great differences .Therefore in the process of the development of new vehicle models , it needs to opti-mize matching the dynamic system and transmission system based on the commonly encountered conditions .The simulation model of heavy tractor dynamic and transmission system was established with power performance , fuel economy , emissions as the fitness function.The genetic algorithm and joint simulation were employed to obtain the transmission ratio and single transmission ratio and the? vehicle performance? has improved significantly .The experiment verifies the accuracy and reliability of the simulation analysis.
