不同强度级别帘线钢中 Ti(CxN1-x)夹杂分析

     

摘要

在真空感应炉中熔炼出3种Ti、N含量相近但强度级别不同的帘线钢钢锭,研究钢液凝固过程中析出碳氮化钛(Ti(Cx N1- x ))夹杂的尺寸分布特点及其连续固溶体中TiC所占比例与钢中碳含量之间的关系。结果表明,帘线钢在凝固过程中的固液两相区温度随钢液碳含量的升高而降低,可使Ti(Cx N1- x )夹杂析出的过饱和度增大,有利于其在钢液凝固过程中析出与长大。随着帘线钢强度级别的提高,钢样中尺寸大于4μm的钛夹杂的比例增加,其平均尺寸也相应增大;72 A亚共析帘线钢中未检测到5μm以上的钛夹杂,而82 A、92A过共析帘线钢中尺寸大于5μm的钛夹杂析出比例分别达到4.92%和9.52%;钢液凝固过程中析出的Ti(Cx N1- x )夹杂中TiC所占比例也随帘线钢强度级别提高而增大。%Three cord steel ingots with similar Ti and N contents but different strength grades were remelted by a vacuum induction furnace .The effects of carbon content in tire cord steels on the size distribution of titanium carbonitride inclusions (Ti(Cx N1 - x )) and the ratio of TiC in this continuous solid solution were studied .The results show that with the increment of carbon content ,temperature at the solidification front of cord steel drops ,which leads to the rise of supersaturation degree for Ti(Cx N1 - x ) inclusion precipitation and in turn promotes its formation and further grow th during so‐lidification process .Meanwhile ,the proportion of titanium inclusions with size larger than 4 μm in‐creases ,along with the increase of its average size;no titanium inclusion with size larger than 5μm is detected in 72A hypoeutectoid steel ;however ,the contents of titanium inclusion in 82A and 92A hy‐pereutectoid steel are 4 9.2% and 9 5.2% ,respectively .Mole ratio of precipitated TiC in Ti(CxN1 - x ) continuous solid solution also rises with the increase of the strength grade of tire cord steel .
