基于政校企合作的高职数控专业人才培养模式

摘要

The collaboration of government, colleges and enterprises is an effective way to promote the curriculum development, course construction, internship base construction, building of faculty, and quality of education. The paper examines the training program for NC majors of the Fuzhou vocational and technical college, analyzes cooperation mode of government, colleges and enterprises and sets up a basic framework for the training mode.%政校企合作是促进高职院校的专业建设、课程建设、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设以及提高人才培养质量的有效途径，以福州职业技术学院数控专业的人才培养模式改革为例，对高职院校的“政校企合作”人才培养模式进行了分析与探索，并构建了基本框架。
