和谐校园语境下构建高校学生利益诉求表达机制探索

摘要

和谐校园的构建以保障学生的正当利益诉求表达为前提.当代大学生权利意识和诉求欲望较强 ,但学校提供的诉求渠道存在知晓度和利用率偏低且不够畅通等问题.高校应转变管理理念 ,全面推行依法治校 ,建立常态化的学生诉求表达机制 ,引导学生依法理性表达诉求.%To protect college students' interest appeal is a precondition of the construction of a harmo-nious campus .The contemporary college students have strong sense of rights and desire ,but the aware-ness and the utilization rate of the appeal approach provided by the colleges are low and not smooth e-nough .Colleges should change the management concept ,manage the colleges according to law ,establish a normalized students' interest appeal mechanism to guide students to express their appeal in accordance with the law rationally .
