Taking company A in Anhui province as a case, the paper tries to find out the reasons of the frequent turnover of the grassroots employees in Chinese catering chains enterprises through questionnaires and interviews. Based on the study, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and sums up the experience of exit interview.%论文以安徽某中式连锁餐饮企业为例,采用问卷调查与面谈相结合的方法,对中式连锁餐饮企业基层员工的离职原因进行了具体分析,并提出了相应对策与建议,总结了离职面谈的相关经验。
