食品质量与安全专业食品微生物检验技能培养的探讨

             

摘要

Teaching principles and class content were stated for a microbiological experimental course of experimental food microbiological examination .Broadened students'field ,stimulated students'learning enthusiasm ,changed idea ,further explored practice on experimental project .They included experiment content linking ,experimental project integrating ,and declaring with professional research topic .Do some improvement on the experiment teaching methods ,including advanced teaching methods , experimental reports writing and experimental skills assessment methods . Through these methods ,obviously improved the teaching effect of this course ,promoted the construction of food quality and safety professional practice .%对建立在微生物学基础上的食品微生物学检验实验课程培养技能进行了探讨。通过开阔学生视野、激发学生的学习热情、转变教学思路,并进一步对实验项目的设置做了一些探索性实践,包括实验内容的衔接、实验项目的整合和专业性研究课题的申报;在实验教学方法上做了一定的改进,包括实验方案撰写、实验报告规范书写和实验技能考核方法。通过这些方法的实施,明显地提高该门课程的教学效果,促进食品质量与安全专业学生的实践能力的培养和提高。
