抗战时期晋绥边区的货币斗争

摘要

After the building of Jin-sui region,there are different currencies existing in the revolutionary base area,including the following：the provincial notes and the local currency of the government of Yan Xishan,the law currency of Nanjing national government,the soil miscellaneous notes of local firms,the various anti-money before the base area formally established,the counterfeit of the puppet banks after the invasion of Japan.Various currencies in circulation at the same time were convenient to the plunder and destruction of the puppet.In order to stabilize the financial and seize the initiative,the Region Bank circulates the based currency,that is,the northwest farming notes after the establishment of the Region Bank.In coordinating of the government agencies,bank,trade organizations,etc.the northwest agriculture notes struggled with silver,legal currency by the KMT and counterfeit money so that the farming notes basically established the single currency market,which protects the financial stability and promotes the development of the various construction of Border Region.%晋绥边区成立后,根据地内存在多种货币同时流通的情况,主要包括以下几种：阎锡山政府发行的省钞和地方流通券;南京国民政府发行的法币;各地方商号发行流通的土杂钞;根据地正式建立以前各县发行的各种抗币;日本入侵后通过伪银行发行的多种伪钞。各种货币同时流通,大大便利了敌伪对根据地的掠夺和破坏,为了稳定金融,掌握主动,边区银行成立后就发行了自己的本位货币———西北农钞,银行在政府、贸易等部门的共同配合下,运用西北农币与银洋、法币、伪钞进行了不懈地斗争,基本建立了农币的单一本位币市场,有效地维护了金融稳定,促进了边区各项建设的发展。
