抗战时期的难民教养问题述评

摘要

During the period of Anti-Japanese War , the number of refugees were increasing gradually .Refugee relief was good not only for the need of the Anti-Japanese War but also for the refugees ’ living and education .The study found that the philanthropy relief was led to production of relief among the agriculture , and industry of living production and the industry of the Anti-Japanese War, while education refereed to people education , politics training and career education .All these made philanthropy as the posi-tive and progressive .%抗战时期，难民不断增多，针对难民的教养事业，不仅顺应了抗战之需要，同时提高了难民的生存技能和受教育之水平。研究认为，该时期的难民教养事业，不仅利用农业、简易工业和抗战工业等实践举措注重教养结合，而且从精神层面，对难民进行公民教育、政治训练和职业教育，展现出积极且先进的难民教养理念。
