模拟混凝土孔溶液环境下钢纤维腐蚀的临界氯离子浓度

         

摘要

In order to investigate the law of steel fiber corrosion induced by chloride ion in concrete ,the steel fiber corro-sion behaviors in simulated concrete pore solution with pH value of 12 .6 were studied by using the linear polarization re-sistance technique .The results indicate that the critical chloride concentration of steel fibers depassivation is 0 .30 mol/L .From passivation state to corrosion condition ,polarization resistance ,corrosion current density and corrosion potential of steel fiber will mutate .The critical chloride concentration of steel fiber is about three times higher than that of steel bar .The polarization resistance and corrosion potential under critical corrosion condition are almost the same for steel fibers and steel bars .%为了探明钢纤维在混凝土中受氯离子腐蚀作用的规律,采用线性极化法,研究了钢纤维浸泡于pH 值为12.6混凝土孔溶液中,在氯离子作用下的腐蚀进程。结果表明:在高碱性模拟混凝土孔溶液中,钢纤维腐蚀的临界氯离子浓度为0.30 mol/L ;钢纤维从钝化状态转变至初始锈蚀状态时,极化电阻、腐蚀电流密度及腐蚀电位均发生了突变;钢纤维腐蚀的临界氯离子浓度约为钢筋的3倍以上,耐蚀性更高,而钢纤维在临界状态下的极化电阻和腐蚀电位与钢筋基本相同。
