囊式空气弹簧机械阻抗近似解析算法研究

         

摘要

基于空气波动理论与囊体平衡性分析,提出了一种通过计算囊式空气弹簧的空气声压场和囊体应力场分布,确定其机械阻抗特性的近似解析分析方法.该方法依据小幅振动的线性叠加原理,将空气弹簧分为几个简单的可解析计算的规则区域,结合边界条件和衔接条件求出各规则区域的解析或近似解析解,进而将各区域解组合计算形成空气弹簧机械阻抗的参数化计算公式.最后,给出了运用该方法计算船用空气弹簧机械阻抗的实例,通过与测试数据对比表明该方法合理可行,为囊式空气弹簧的动态特性分析计算提供了一种新思路.%Based on air wave theory and shell equilibrium analysis, an approximate analytic approach of mechanical impedance for bellows type air spring was presented with calculation of air pressure and shell stress field. Using this approach, an air spring was divided into several calculable regular simple regions according to superposition principle,then each region's analytic solution was achieved with boundary and joint conditions and all region's solutions were assembled to form parameterized expressions of the air spring mechanical impedance. Finally, an application example for mechanical impedance calculation of a marine air spring was given. It showed that the proposed method is feasible and provides a new idea for dynamic characteristic analysis of air spring.
