考虑波纹度的薄壁轴承-转子系统非线性强迫振动分析

     

摘要

在考虑内外圈波纹度、径向间隙和变柔度等非线性因素的基础上,建立薄壁轴承-转子系统非线性动力学微分方程组,利用 RK4数值积分法对方程求解。结合分叉图、庞加莱映射图和频域图等,分析了薄壁轴承-转子系统的非线性强迫振动特性。结果表明:较大的不平衡力时系统的混沌振动范围增大;不平衡力对系统水平方向振动的影响要远大于竖直方向;随着转速的增加,强迫振动频率在系统振动响应中逐渐占据主要地位。%The nonlinear dynamic differential equations of a thin walled bearing-rotor system were established considering nonlinear factors,such as,inner and outer race waviness,internal radial clearance and variable flexibility. Then,they were solved using the method of RK4 numerical integration.The nonlinear forced vibration characteristics of the system were analyzed with bifurcation diagram,Poincarémap and spectrogram.The analysis results showed that the range of the system's chaos vibration becomes larger under a larger unbalanced force;the unbalanced force has a much bigger effect on the system's vibration response in the horizontal direction than it does on the system's vibration in the vertical direction;the forced vibration frequency gradually occupies the dominant position in the system's vibration with increase in the rotating speed.
