高速列车可变阻尼抗蛇行减振器适应性研究

     

摘要

In view of the fact that the mileage of the high-speed train running in our country is long, the running speed is continuously increasing and the condition of the line is complex, which leads to the deteriorating of vehicle running performance, this paper studies the adaptability of variable damping anti-yaw shock absorber.Dynamics software SIMPACK is adopted to establish the vehicle system dynamics model to simulate different operation conditions of the vehicle.The vehicle dynamic performance index related to the changing speed, worsening line and different running curves is obtained by the dynamic simulation.The effects of anti-yaw damper damping parameters on the running stability and security of vehicle are analyzed.The results show that the high-speed train can be better adapted to different operating conditions by adjusting the damping value of anti-yaw shock absorber.The variable damping anti-yaw shock absorber for high-speed train can better ensure the safety of vehicles.%针对高速列车运行里程长、运行速度不断提高, 线路状况复杂, 导致车辆运行性能恶化的情况, 开展可变阻尼抗蛇行减振器适应性研究.采用动力学软件SIMPACK建立车辆系统动力学模型, 模拟车辆不同运行工况, 进行动力学仿真计算, 获得车辆在速度变化、线路恶化和不同曲线运行的相关车辆动力学性能指标, 分析抗蛇行减振器阻尼参数变化对车辆运行平稳性和安全性的影响.结果表明:通过调整抗蛇行减振器阻尼值, 可使高速列车更好地适用于不同运行工况;高速列车采用可变阻尼式抗蛇行减振器, 可以更好地保证车辆运行安全性.
