基于ARX模型的复合材料加筋板结构冲击载荷时程重建

         

摘要

发展一种基于ARX模型的冲击载荷时程重建方法,用于识别作用在复合材料结构上的冲击载荷时间历程,为复杂结构冲击载荷识别问题的解决提供有效途径.建立复合材料加筋板结构冲击载荷实验,首先对完成网格划分的复合材料加筋板结构进行冲击载荷训练,实现系统辨识,得到结构的ARX模型;然后推导逆向ARX模型的输入输出关系,通过逆向传递函数矩阵集合描述复合材料加筋板结构,结合等参单元理论,基于传感器信号重建复合材料加筋板结构的冲击载荷时间历程.研究结果表明,所提方法能够在线有效地重建作用在复合材料加筋板结构上的冲击载荷时间历程.%Based upon ARX model, a technique referred to the impact loading time history reconstruction method is proposed for identifying the impact loadings within the complex composite structures, and through which, the significant data that are used for structural optimization design, structural health monitoring and others are available. Firstly, this technique needs to generate a mesh division on the surface of a composite structure, and then the model is tested upon each node from experimental tests to obtain system parameters based on LSE approach, so the composite structure model could be equivalent to ARX model comprised of system parameters for state space expression. Next, the reverse relation between the input and output of the ARX model is built, which is used to describe by a set of reverse transfer function matrices capable of reproducing the system's physical behavior. Finally, the input signal of impact loading on arbitrary location could be reconstructed based on output signal and isoparametric element theory. Experimental studies have been conducted for impact loading time history reconstruction of an aerial stiffened composite panel. As demonstrated by research results, the proposed approach is very effective in impact loading time history reconstruction for stiffened composite panels using ARX model.
