一种新型连续可调脉冲电流源的设计

     

摘要

We propose a novel design for continuous adjustable pulse current source,which includes precise constant current source circuit and pulse current mirror circuit.The precise constant current source c ircuit,based on the deep negative feedback technology of operational amplifier,produces a constant current output which has high accuracy,good stability and continuous adjustable amplitude.Pulse current mirror circuit utilizes the high-speed field effect tube to realize the duplication and multiplier,reducing the effect of output load to the former deep negative feedback and improving the stability of the circuit.Through analog multiplexer controlling the grid of current mirror,the proposed constant current source circuit transfers pulse signals into pulse current,outputting the pulse current.Simulated experiments indicate that the pulse current source operates stably and reliably.The outgoing amplitude of pulse current,repeat frequency and pulse width are continuous adjustable.With a stable current amplitude and sharp front edge,the design can meet different laser drivers and testing requirements.%针对新型半导体激光器的应用需求,提出一种新型的数控可调的脉冲电流源,其核心部分是精密恒流源电路和脉冲电流镜电路.精密恒流源电路采用基于运算放大器的深度负反馈技术,提供一个精度高、稳定性好、幅值连续可调的恒定电流输出;脉冲电流镜电路采用高速场效应管实现对恒流源电流的复制和倍乘,降低脉冲电流源输出负载对前级深度负反馈部分的影响,提高电路的稳定性,并利用模拟多路复用器对电流镜栅极的控制,将脉冲信号传递到脉冲电流中,从而输出脉冲电流.仿真实验表明,提出的脉冲电流源运行稳定可靠,输出的脉冲电流的幅值、重复频率和脉冲宽度均可数控调节,电流幅值稳定,脉冲前沿陡峭,可满足不同的激光器驱动和测试需求.
