现状与反思:我国行政管理硕士学位论文的实证分析

     

摘要

This study focuses on the master’s dissertations on public administration in "Project 985" colleges. Taking the type of colleges, subject ranking and the number of theses online into account, 9 colleges is chosen as the data source. By using the stratified sampling method, 876 samples of master's dissertations on administrative management from 2004 to 2012 have been picked out. By using the content analysis, a statistic measurement is done on the key factors of the samples such as topic resource, subject areas, focus, study type, research techniques and academic norm. Based on the analysis, the gains and losses of the master's dissertations on administrative management in China are identified. Then from the perspective of graduate education, this study presents specific proposals on the common problems in master’s degree theses.%以“985”高校行政管理硕士学位论文为研究对象,综合学校类型、学科排名、论文上网完整度等因素,选取了其中9所高校为样本来源,采用分层抽样法抽取2004~2012年间的876篇行政管理学硕士学位论文作为分析样本,运用内容分析法,对选题来源、研究主题、研究导向、研究类型、研究方法、学术规范性等要素进行统计测量,在此基础上检视了我国高校行政管理硕士论文写作的得失,并从研究生培养的角度对硕士学位论文的共性问题提出了针对性的建议。
