经皮椎弓根螺钉固定技术在胸腰椎骨折中的应用

胸腰椎骨折发病率较高且具有较高致残率,大多数胸腰椎骨折仍需进行手术治疗,传统开放手术创伤大、术后恢复慢、后遗症较多,微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定技术已广泛应用于胸腰椎骨折治疗中,且已取得较好的临床疗效,具有切口小、出血少、术后恢复快等优点,逐渐被广大临床医生和患者所接受,是未来脊柱外科发展的方向.%Thoracolumbar fractures have higher incidence and a high morbidity,and most thoracolumbar fractures still require surgical treatment.Traditional open surgery has shortcomings such as large trauma,slow recovery and more complications.Minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation technology has been widely used in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures and has achieved good clinical efficacy.The technology has the advantages of small incision,less bleeding,quick recovery and is gradually accepted by clinicians and patients.Minimally invasive surgery is the future direction of spinal surgery.
