大学城非正规出租车问题研究——以山东济南长清大学城为例

Since the establishment of the university distriction in China, its internal or external traffic problem has been existed. For the imbalance situations between the traffic supply and demand, the irregular taxi is overflowing. This paper studied the case of Chang qing university district of Jinan, Shandong province. Through probinging the social harm caused by the irregular taxi in Changqing university district, and the fundamental causes of the irregular taxi overflowing were analyzed. Finally, some strategies to solve the irregular taxi problem in university district were proposed, and this study will provides a reference to drawing up relevant policies for this problem%我国大学城自出现以来，其内外部交通问题就一直存在。在大学城交通供求失衡的情况下，非正规出租泛滥也就有了客观的理由。本文以山东省济南市长清大学城为例，通过调查研究长清大学城非正规出租造成的社会危害，分析了造成大学城非正规出租泛滥的根本性原因，并提出解决大学城非正规出租问题的几点策略，为制定相关政策提供参考。
