基于级联失效的交通拥堵仿真研究

             

摘要

公路运输网络的路段封锁失效时,往往造成交通拥堵.本文基于仿真方法研究公路运输网络的级联失效,依据交通工程学合理确定负载、容量,考虑相邻路段的负载和长度合理分配负载,将运输路段定义为正常和非正常两种状态,从道路和网络两个层次确定网络交通拥堵指数,对网络的交通拥堵进行宏观测度.最后通过仿真的方法分析公路运输网络在不同攻击情况下的级联失效,仿真结果对减弱公路运输网络的级联失效的危害和构建级联失效应急预案具有重要意义.%When the blockade of a road transport network fails, traffic congestion often occurs. In this paper, a simulation method is proposed to study the traffic congestion caused by the blockaded section of the road transport network. We reasonably determine the load and capacity using traffic engineering. We take into account the load of the adjacent road section and the length of the road section to properly distribute the load. The transport road section is defined as normal section and non-normal section. This paper determines the network traffic congestion index from both the road and network levels. Finally, the cascading failure of the road transport network under different attack conditions is analyzed by a simulation method. The simulation results are of great significance to weaken the damage of cascading failure and construct cascade emergency plan.
