老化对排水性沥青混合料抗飞散性能的影响

         

摘要

Porous asphalt mixture is susceptible to stripping and water damage because of the high percent connected pores,and more,sunlight and air will enter into the internal of the course easily,accelerate the aging of asphalt,causing the durable problem.The aim was to evaluate the effects of the mixture gradation and aging degree on the durability of porous pavement mixture.Three gradations were selected,aged in the oven for different hours.After aged for the schedualed hours,they were took out and fabricated into cylinder specimens.Then Cantabro tests were conducted on these specimens,and the effects of gradation and aging degrees on the durability were obtained from the test results.The results can also be used to optimize the mixture gradation from a view point of durability.%排水性沥青混合料由于具有大的连通孔隙,容易产生剥落和水损害,且由于阳光和空气易于进入结构层内部,加速了沥青的老化,会引起耐久性问题.主要研究排水性沥青混合料的级配和老化程度对其抗飞散性能的影响.选择3种级配的混合料,通过谢伦堡析漏试验和肯塔堡飞散试验,确定各自的最佳沥青用量.然后,将新拌混合料放入135℃烘箱中,按不同时间(0,2,4,6,8 h)加热,以获得具有不同老化程度的沥青混合料.将老化后成型的马歇尔试件进行肯塔堡飞散试验,以试件的质量损失率来表征混合料的抗飞散性.试验结果表明:采用高粘沥青的3种级配的混合料具有较好的抗飞散性,集料中9.5mm的通过率对抗飞散性具有较大的影响.
