“科教融合”下青年教师科技能力提升研究--以财经类院校为例

摘要

The paper summarizes college teachers’functions in the mode of“science and education integration”, and makes analysis of the present situation, putting forward a development mode of realizing“science and education integration”with financial colleges as examples.%结合我国高等教育“科教融合”培养创新人才模式的发展改革趋势，总结了高校教师在科教融合中应发挥的作用，重点针对高校青年教师逐渐成为我国高等教育的生力军以及存在的不足，提出了高校青年教师在科教融合中的作用，并以财经类院校为例提出了提升高校青年教师的科教能力，实现科教融合的发展模式。
