教师专业化是教育改革的趋势,发达国家在教师专业化问题上取得了很多的研究成果,本文探讨了我国职业教育在专业化内容和实施途径上如何借鉴其研究成果,加快教师专业化的步伐。%Teacher professionalization is the trend of education reform.
