Construction of talent training system in marine cultural industry in developed countries was introduced firstly,and then the enlightenment of talent training in marine cultural industry in developed countries to China was analyzed,such as changing the development consciousness of marine cultural industry,strengthening the construction of professional teaching staff in marine cultural industry,and innovating the talent training modes of marine cultural industry.
