罗贯中有很强的政治抱负，又有丰富的斗争经验，他的思想倾向在《三国演义》中体现得淋漓尽致。比如他对政局动乱的失望、对民生痛苦的同情、在政治军事外交等方面的独到见解和他的正统思想。他还在诸葛亮、刘备、关羽等人物身上展示了古代人民的理想愿望和自己的爱憎情怀。这些倾向是作者有意或无意透露在字里行间的。%LUO Guan- zhong had strong political ambitions and rich fighting experience.
