天津市民办教育分类管理可行性研究

摘要

Starting from the current state of Tianjin non -governmental founded education ,this paper proposes the classification method for profitable and non profitable non -governmental founded education of Tianjin and related strategies implemented for systematic management based on the develop‐ment policies and laws and regulations published by the government for non -governmental founded ed‐ucation and combining the current experimental experience of non -governmental founded education systematic management reform in other regions .%文本从天津市民办教育现状出发，以国家对民办教育的发展政策和法律法规为依据，结合目前国内其他地区民办教育分类管理改革的试点经验，提出天津市营利性与非营利性民办教育的分类方法和分类管理实施的相关策略。
