髋关节置换的有限元分析及实验验证

         

摘要

本研究针对天津某医疗企业新一代髋关节假体置换前后应变分布规律进行了有限元分析及实验验证,通过对比有限元分析结果与实验结果,发现有限元分析结果与实验结果呈现的规律较为一致。本研究表明用有限元法分析髋关节置换的应变情况是可行的,但置换髋关节的模型、模型的参数、边界条件需要进一步优化。从有限元分析结果和实验结果来看,髋关节置换后呈现应变转移情况。实验与仿真均证实了使用髋关节置换前后有相似的力学效应,使用该髋关节假体预计会获得较好的临床使用效果。%The laws of strain distribution were analyzed by finite element method and verified by experiment before and after the replacement of artificial hip joint prostheses, which was the newest product of Tianjin one medical instrument co. in this research. From the comparison between these data, it could be found that the laws presented by finite element results and the experimental results were substantially the same. This study indicates it is feasible to analyze the strain condition on hip replacement using finite element method. But hip replacement model, the parameters of the model and boundary conditions should be further optimized. After hip replacement, the actual strain appeared transfer based on the finite element results and experiments. Experiment and simulation has respectively verified the similar mechanical effects before and after hip replacement, using the hip joint prosthesis is expected to achieve good clinical effect.
